Bondtech Mk3s2 nightmare

I upgraded my mk3 to the s2, and everything was perfect. I then installed the bondtech extruder with a new nozzle and this happened. Any ideas what I could have done wrong? All firmware and slicer profiles are updated. Thanks! J

It is important to recalibrate the Z level after replacing an extruder component, have you done that?

Bondtech extruder also has a different transmission of the filament feed and it is important to change the motor speed which you do with a special gcode provided by Bondtech.
For best results, use Bondtech's firmware. Don't forget to do a complete reset of Prusa's firmware first.

@rhdreambox

thank you - I realized that I hadn't reset, but didn't think it would cause that much of a clusterf*ck until you brought it up.  Thanks for your help!
