Batman fails at 60%
Wife has cleaned with soap and water and I have tried cleaning with alcohol and the batman continues to lift off the sheet around 60% completion. To me it looks good and my z axis is at -1.253. Pics of first layer is below along with final failed state. Any ideas? Thanks

Pic of the spot I had to halt do to lifting. Tried to insert in original post but wouldn't go.

See the answer below the OP in the link below. This should give you some in depth info re first layer calibration.

Agreed first layer is not set yet. A smaller print to test is the PRUSA logo print. I did the same thing several times until I finally got first layer calibrated then it printed without peeling off.
RE: Batman fails at 60%
I lowered to 1.260 and washed again and got up to 87% completion. Went down to 1.268 and fell back to 73%. I followed the manual for the sensor but don't see where that matters as long as I can get before hitting 1.300? Looking better and better so keep going for a bit. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything as been reading about washing and just hitting that number right. Thanks for replies.
RE: Batman fails at 60%
The actual number isn’t important, as long as it’s below -2.0, which is where the pinda becomes unreliable, so you can still dial down further if need be.
I think the post I linked to includes a link to Jeff Jordan’s’Life Adjuzt Z - my way,’ which is recommended for fine tuning your Z height. Hang in there… it’s a process.

RE:
After a bunch of side grinders, Sanders and heavy equipment 😀 ....FINALLY!!! Found a few things. The alcohol wipes were leaving a film behind and I went down to 1.388 and everything is working excellent. The items are nice and smooth. Thanks to all.

Glad to hear all is working well.
