First thing first, your z-offset is too high.  The bottom of that benchy looks awful.  Redo your z-offset calibration and give us a photo of what you're getting, a long shot of the whole bed and then a close up of the little rectangle at the end.

It also looks like you've got some z-banding there.  Check for wobbles or loose fittings in your x-axis and y-axis.

Thanks for the feedback I'll look into those issues and get some new photos tomorrow.
