Favorite specialty filament?

I'm beginning to build a collection of filaments for my MK2, and I'd like to try some sort of specialty filament. NinjaFlex, glow in the dark, t-glase, and metal fills all look nice, although some are quite expensive.

What types of specialty filaments do you like?

For most filaments with additives, you should consider the steel nozzle.

I did print with a wood filament some time ago and I have a variety of wood and metal filaments on the shelf but have not opened them as yet. As you note, they do tend to be quite expensive, so I don't want to waste any of the roll and I am still waiting for the right model to come along...

What I don't want to do is to open the filament just to try it out and then leave it open for a few months.

When I did print with the wood filament (it was a medium cherry wood), I printed about 10 of the tudor rose box ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:408189 ) just before Christmas, to give as presents. They printed very well but with some stringing which I cleaned off with a nail brush.
