Bad Pinda Probe?

I've having issues with my Pinda Probe detecting anything. After fixing a blocked heat break I had run at least a half dozen prints without any issue. Then it just stopped detecting the bed. Whenever I try to auto-home it keeps going and pushes the bed down a couple mm and I have to hit reset or the power. I don't see the led light up regardless of what I do. I tried following the trouble-shooting steps suggested in this thread:
https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/hardware-firmware-and-software-help-f59/pinda-wire-disconnected-unplugged--t14694.html
But the light is always of. I've tried:

  • moving the wire and wiring harness to reconnect any small breaks in the wire

  • moving the bed left and right, up and down

  • placing metal tools under the probe end

  • loosening and re-positioning the probe

  • wiggling, disconnecting, and reconnecting the connection at the main board
  • I'm not seeing anything that even makes the light flicker.

I'd happily pay for a replacement probe, but I can't find the probe in the Prusa store. Is there anywhere to get a a replacement, or something I can do with my current probe?

here is the link for the probe,
    https://shop.prusa3d.com/en/mk2-spare-parts/127-mk2s-pinda-probe.html

Also I would contact Prusa via the chat on the store to see if its under warranty or maybe with any further test you could run on it.
