Printing problems

The other day, while printing a small building, the printer suddenly messed up and started printing wrong (making a ball of pla scrap in the process). After cleaning up the mess I checked the xyz cal and they appeared fine. And then I got the falling when running the cal print code (see picture). I have adjust the live z to no effect. When trying to print the prusa logo it just fails (doesn't fully seat, lines all over the place, etc....). I clean the bed after every print with over 90% ISO and us a glue stick for prints with a small contact area.

Any help would be appreciated

Re: Printing problems

From the photo it looks as though there is a layer of glue stick residue all over your bed. Can you try cleaning the bed with dish soap and water. Then use a high grit (400 to 600) to rub down the bed, and finally a good clean with your IPA before trying to print again.

The original symptom when the print messed up and created a ball of loose filament also indicates you may have a partial blockage of the nozzle. Using the LCD settings | move axis to move Z to 120mm then use LCD settings | temperature to heat the nozzle to 260 C and let it sit for three or four minutes to melt out any blockage, then reduce temperature back to normal filament temp and from LCD settings | move axis, move the extruder 10mm to confirm good flow from the nozzle.

Reset temperature to 0, wait for everything to cool down and you should be ready to go.
