XYZ calibration failed. Please consult manual.

Not a first print by far... but this error is new to me.

I have a Prusa i3 MK2. I have been printing face shield frames for several days and last night I got a layer shift. I checked the Y belt and it was a bit sloppy, so I tightened it a notch. After that, it started to fail extruding correctly on the right side of the printing. It looked as if it was under extruding, but only on the right side. I could not find anything wrong. So I did a recalibration (XYZ), and it went through the three iterations, found all points (I checked the PINDA LED) and at the end it says "XYZ calibration failed. Please consult manual." I am not sure what manual it is talking about, but I have not been able to find anything close to this problem in the manual.

I did the calibration again using OctoPrint in order to see the output. This is what I got. Does this output show you anything?

Did this ever get resolved?

Yes. I don't know exactly what fixed it... I changed the X axis belt, both Z axis motors, and the PINDA. I think the belt was broken internally since it kept getting soft after tensioning it. And the PINDA seemed to not be working correctly. One of the Z axis motors was getting too hot to the touch... So maybe it was a combination of things. Probably the PINDA was the problem... It is working perfectly now.

XYZ Calibration failed repeatedly and can't seem to fix...

I am new to Prusa and have had the printer for a week now and have been unable to print - I continue to receive the error "bed leveling failed. Sensor did not trigger, etc". I did not build this but purchased the Out of Box version to avoid issues with the build but find myself here.  I had a long Chat last Friday with Steve Sindel in support and continue to receive this error.  I left the chat with Support (Steve) indicating he would consult and get back to me.  I have followed up with Support and now he is  focused on my frustrated thread of "How Do I Return this Printer"... The consulting does not appear to be happening and I am unwilling to pay for shipping which is what Support says I will need to do if/when this goes back.

So I am reaching out to anyone out there that has had this same error and how they corrected it.  I have consulted the manual and done all of the tweaks suggested.  Support had me do all of the tweaks over again from taking off the cover and jiggling wires and still I receive the same error.  I am so very frustrated and looking for some guidance from anyone who can help.

Thank you in advance

Barbara
