replaced recently:
- Hot-end assembly
- Heatbed thermistor
- Rambo
- Magnetic smooth sheet
Extruder calibration estep was set to 140mm. The Test was setup to extract 100mm of filament from 120mm. After the test, leftover filament 20mm. Perfect...
Made sure the PINDA adjust height is correct. Used a tie-wrap the determine the height specified in the pre-flight instructions. Running Auto-Home landed in the heat-bed circle. There is a definite offset between the nozzle and PINDA, where PINDA is higher than the nozzle. Instructions spec 1mm.
Live Z calibration and Life adjust Z - my way good. Z adjusted to -0.250mm.
Printing a model after 2-3 minutes, extruder drags the model. The model is a lid for a case and is only 2mm in thickness. Brim width 3mm.
Almost looks like the brim didn't attach well? Even tried adjusting print speed down to 75%. Also tried with and without a blue sock.
Having a hard time understanding what the issue is?

Looks like i resolved the issue. Underextruded so did a few iterations with First Layer Calibration. Ended up lowering nozzle to -,65mm.
I possible could readjust the PINDA a tad higher to determine if i could raise the nozzle from -.65mm. But will do some of the prints first. 😀
