Create wonderfulgift.gcode

rename it as boringroutine.gcode

*then* send it to the printer...

History will show boringroutine.gcode and only you will know what it really is.

That is the dumbest thing I read in a while. 
There is a miniature of every part that you print. 

If I print a dildo everyone will know what I printed no matter how you name the file. 
If at least there was a way to get rid of miniature.

The fact that you can not delete your history or parts of your history, might even break EU laws on data privacy. 

The thumbnail is just a comment section; easy enough to delete or replace.

Print from SD, remove the network cable during the print, delete the print from the SD card afterwards?

If it is so easy how do I do it?
How do I delete thumbnail from something I already printed.
I also see that I can download Gcode from history even after the file was deleted from the printer it self.

Will it work if my printer has USB stick instead of SD card? 

Still it would be much easier if one could delete positions from history.

I am very sorry, my mind skipped the part with "PrusaConnect" when reading the post. 🙁 Never used that, so I don't know what to do about that.

You don't.  You remove the thumbnail from the file *before* printing.  It just needs a little pre-planning.
