If nudging the RPi resets your printer, re-solder the pins
My RPi had a bad connection with the einsy. The vibrations from printing could cause the RPi to lose power and subsequently reset the printer.
I have tried wiggling the RPi a bit more which worsened the problem. Turns out some of my GPIO pin pads came of from the wiggling. Solved it by soldering the pins on both sides, or on the one with a pad still attached. Also make sure you have installed the pi with the 3D printed spacer.
Thought I'd make this quick PSA as I've seen some having trouble with intermittent resets and have faced the same thing myself.
