Ugly print quality in one place

Hello,

I've printed something after a log pause and installed all the latest software and firmware for that. the most important change was Input Shaper. It seems to print a lot faster, but at least in this print I had some ugly parts along a rounded corner. Can't even describe it with words, so please see the attached photos. (needs multiple posts now...)

This is the same spot from the inside of the object.

On another side, there's a similar effect but where the base plate is, not in the thin wall part.

This is the 3D model, with source, STL, PrusaSlicer project and G-Code.

Looks like it may be at the seam, a known problem with input shaper. Search the forum for "seam"  or "seams" for some discussion and possible improvements. That looks particularly bad, so the improvements should help.
