Problem with supports

Hi everyone,

I've been having a few issues with supports and my Prusa mini (stock).

I don't see any issue in the Prusa slicer, but when printing, I get this at the bottom (see pics, please zoom in as I'm not talking about zits).

I print with PETG at all times, 0.2mm layer height, snug paint-on supports, 20% infill.

Support settings are:

-Style: snug

-Z top contact and bottom distance: 0.15

-Pattern spacing: 2mm

(rest is standard)

Any idea what could cause this?

Thank you

E.

That looks like wet filament.

Wet filament eh

That's very weird, I have a professional drier and a Eibos Cyclopes that I use all the time.

Bumping the post because it's getting worse. Maybe it's the triangular shape of the model that is difficult to print?

I dried my filaments for 12 hours to make sure it's not wet filament. The zits you can see on the pictures are gone, but the problem with the triangular part of my print remains.

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Cheerio,

Cheerio,

I have a question about that, as this is actually a design that I'm selling and making a living of. Is it safe to post here?

It's up to you, but the whole world has access to it. Even if you claim copyright, not everyone will respect your ownership. Can you duplicate the problem with something else? If it were me I would make something random with the problem features that I would not care if someone else had and upload that.

Regards,

Mark
