Layer shifts at precise moment (ASA) - See pictures
Hi all,
I'm trying to print some functional parts but at 2 moments, there is some layer shifting visible. The moment the full grounds layers are ready and the wall is printed upwards, the perimeters seem to widen a bit. The 2nd moment there is an issue, is when the wall is printed around the hole for the screw. As you can see in the picture, the defect is not in the entire layer, only near the base plate and the hole. Belt issue?
Any idea how I could fix this? Printing on a Prusa Mini, Bondtech extruder, Prusament ASA, 260° nozzle and 100° bed temp, non-heated enclosure with ambient temp of 35°C. Cooling fan on 20%.

This is most likely example of the (in)famous bulge. 20+pages of discussions.
TL;DR: Many suggestions, no universally applicable solution.

This is usually an issue with one of the axes. I have it in one direction periodically due to lubrication. I lubricate and it goes way. Check your XYZ and see if something is loose.

Cheers, read through those for the most part and increasing the layer thickness from 0.68mm to 0.9mm solved the issue. Only some small bulge present directly next to the hole now!
