what are best slicer settings for 0.8 mm nozzle and how should one model for that nozzle size?
and how to calibrate first layer with that nozzle?

The Mini can easily print with a 0.8 mm nozzle. Make sure you install the 0.8mm profile from the Prusaslicer configuration wizard. I use this calibration strip to adjust live Z https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/105404 (someone also just posted a remix specifically for the 0.8mm nozzle). Nothing else really that needs to be adjusted.
