The Mini can easily print with a 0.8 mm nozzle. Make sure you install the 0.8mm profile from the Prusaslicer configuration wizard. I use this calibration strip to adjust live Z https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/105404   (someone also just posted a remix specifically for the 0.8mm nozzle). Nothing else really that needs to be adjusted.
