Crazy external lines - Images
I started to get these lines on the external surfaces on one of my Mini's (I have 6)
What normally causes this? I am thinking I need to do a Z adjust (Maybe raise it a little?

Has nothing to do with live z. Live z only affects the first layer. Check out that article linked to by cwbullet in the thread mentioned by Chris.

I sent this photo to PRUSA Support and here is their offical reply: Please make sure that the extruder idler screw tension is set correctly exactly as mentioned at https://help.prusa3d.com/.../idler-screw-tension_177367/
SO I Have a spare Bondtech Extruder here, Maybe I should install on this Mini?

Both my Minis have Bondtech extruders. Never had to adjust the idler again, never had a clog. So I definitely recommend it. Having said that, I have a hard time seeing the idler as the culprit here.

I thought the same thing as you about the Idler, but I will install the Bondtech tonight and print a wobble cube.

I saw something similar with my Mini (Bondtech Exrruder and Heatbreak) when trying a new PLA. I ran a Temperature Tower, and found that the problem went away with a higher nozzle temperature, so I am now running 235 degrees with this particular PLA and am getting VERY good prints. The high temperature worried me at first, but after some months using that setting I have had no issues and prints remain excellent.

Have you tried to use another filament? Or have you try to drying your filament? I have this problem before, and the only solution is dried my filament. I live in moist environment, its about 75% humidity, so if let the filament in the open air, a few days later the print results is terible. So i have to dried the filament or i use filament dryer while printing. Here is sample image similar to yours. The left side is moist filament, after drying my filament, the layer lines going to disappear.
