"cheapest" rigid vertical wall?
Hello,
I am making a test model to measure and correct printer skew.
This one works for me fine, but I wonder if there is a good way to improve it making faster to print.
These are two 4mm thick walls; but even with min infill and single-layered it takes 2+ hr to print.
The purpose is to make a rigid vertical square for further measurements and its only requirement is to be rigid enough to be printed straight with no degradation during print.
Any ideas welcome.

Why do you need 4 mm walls? If I understand correctly what you're trying to accomplish, much thinner walls such as 1.2 or max 2mm should give you all you need.

Single thickness walls can still be measured and don't take long to print.

@fuchsr, yes, would 1.2 mm and 90 mm high flat wall stable enough to print?
I'll try PLA for a test; thanks.
@diem, I am not sure if this high flat wall would be stable enough; maybe making it a hollow 90x90x4 mm "well" would work?
Doesn't sound stable enough not to warp during print.

I don't think that would be a problem. You could also print with a brim to stabilize it.
