Can Mini print with 0.6 nozzle?

I'm facing this problem all the time. I had an artefacts with 0.4 nozzle, but with 0.6 it's a disaster.

Given:

1. 3 Minis(6 mo - 18 mo old) with new brass nozzle, new PTFE, cleaned heatbreak, cleaned extruder gears.

2. 1 totally new Mini(Semi-assembled), just from the box

3. PLA(couple of manufacturers including Prusament) dried for 12 hrs

4. PrusaSlicer 2.7.1 is used

5. Firmware 4.4.1 first, then 5.1.2(with and without InputShaper)

On all of them I have same result. So it shouldn't be mechanical/filament issue(or not?)

Mostly this problem appears on thin walls(1-3 perimeters), but could appear at any model:

I've tried different settings, different speed, different profiles - same result. Mini just can't start extrusion at time.

However. Sometimes it starts work as needed. E.g. on this model at same height seams become ok(even when slicer puts it in different places):

I attached test file with this sphere. I'm pretty sure it will fail with 0.4 also.

For 0.6 it's enough to use common profile without changes(e.g. 0.2 SPEED or 0.25 STRUCTURAL) or use set 4 perimeters for  better quality.

Any ideas ?

I think you should report it to GitHub to PrusaSlicer and PrusaFirmwareBuddy

The file you uploaded is just the STL. BEtter to upload a (zip-compressed) 3mf project file saved from Prusaslicer so we can see your settings. I assume you're using stock settings but better to exclude wrong configs as an issue. I've printed plenty of stuff on Minis with 0.6 nozzles no problem but not since they have introduced input shaping.

hi, i tried your test file, and it's quite similar from MINI+ and MK4, so maybe it's the issue with the file itself? Or some particular settings in the slicer which are not compatible?

I don't see any warning in slicer. And preview is totally ok also.

This issue looks similar to your print problem: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/input-shaping/mk4-is-seam-scar/
