Why the 100 ℃ default bed temp for Flex filament

The Prusa Material Guide recommends a bed temperature of 50℃ for all flex filaments except for ColorFab nGen Flex (85℃).  So why does the firmware set the bed temp to 100℃ when changing filament or doing a first layer test.   In my case this makes the textured steel sheet extremely difficult to clean.

Hmm... I'm pretty sure mine is set to 50 C when changing filament to FLEX. Are you sure you are selecting the right filament type?

😱  DOH!!    I think you must be right!  The choice right above Flex is PP which is 240/100.  Same hotend temp, but twice the bed temp of Flex (240/50).   I must have fumble-fingered it!
