Prusa mini printing one axis incorrectly

Hi ive has a prusa mini for about a month, I would say it's had about 150 hours of printing, recently it has been printing one of the axes strangely, leading to a "wobbly" print, depending on the print, these artefacts are in different places, sometimes its just a single layer printed 1mm out of position relative to the y axis.

I've added some pics to show what's happening, this is supposed to print a regular cuboid but as you can see, two sides of the cuboid are really bumpy. The artefacts are not perfectly regular but you can see there's a bit of a pattern there

I've tried recalibration. I've tried some extra lube on the track (not the bearings because I don't want to teardown yet). I've tried updating the software and slicer.

The x axis track is definitely not parallel with the bed, which causes a lot of movement in the z screw but I guess that's just to compensate.

The left to right (I.e. x axis) is not distorted, its only the back and front (y axis), that has this issue

Any advice?

This is one of the Prusa XL sub-forums - you'll have better luck in the Prusa Mini sub-forum.

This suggests to me that my post was in the MINI forum?

RE:

So I tightened the belt on my y axis and it seemed to do the job, I managed to print off the top half of my facehugger body really neatly, but then I immediately printed the bottom half and you can already see the issue is coming back.

I tried tightening the belt even more, and added a belt tensioner (to the point it might now be too tight) and the issue is worse than before. Here's a video of the belt tension, too tight or too loose? When I first built it, it printed perfectly and the belt was no where near this tight

(for me the video isn't inserting  into the post even though it's playable in my media library, I don't know if that's normal)

Here's my set up, I'm mid project so my work area is cluttered but nothing is colliding with the printer.

I was going to print off these thicker tensioners, and as you can see the prints are just completely unusable, please help!
