Prusa Mini Extruder Jammed?
Hello. I have owned my Mini for a few months now and running it regularly with no issues until today. During a print, the extruder jammed and started making a loud whirring noise with a lot of clicking. I was able to unload the filament but I cannot load filament again. The extruder gear is seized going one way (to extrude filament) but is free to unload filament, albeit noisily. I have even taken the extruder assembly apart to clean the gears but with no luck. There wasn't any filament debris and the gears turn fine manually. How do I fix the extruder? Do I need a new extruder motor?
Here are two videos after cleaning the gears showing the issue

One possibility is that the 'drive wheel' is not fixed to the servo properly. You'll need to strip down the extruder until you can get to the Servo and check the grub screw is tight and against the flat on the servo shaft.
