Print bed moving mid print
I have been having issues with the metal bed moving mid print (happens about every 1 in 5 prints) and completely messing up the print. It is like the magnets are having issues holding the bed in place or something. Does anyone know what could be going wrong and how I can fix it?

Call support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to support and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.
