Multiple issues after maintenance.

Okay so there are a lot of issues and i am not sure where to start. First, i had issues with my y axis which was not pre-tensioned correctly. Second i burned a small wear spot in my x axis belt. So this prompted me to do a full tear down, clean, and re-lubricate. I got about 20 hours of printing done before my problems started to mount. It started out as my infill layer would be a little underfilled every now and again, than entire layers were barely extruded. My filaments are also being chewed up, the cheap filaments i was using are getting enough bits chewed out that it cant extrude, and now the branded filament just turned to powder. At first i thought it was because i was using some no name or discontinued filament, so i bought some hatchbox filament, which i have had no issues with in the past. Now i having the issues shown in the pictures I've attached. I have tried rolling back all of my print settings to factory, using prusa's recommended settings for the filament.

Sounds and looks like your nozzle is clogged. Try a cold pull.
What material(s) are you using?

@dragon1291

That was my first though when it started messing up. I dismantled the hot end completely and soaked the tip and tube in acetone, and folled it up with a steel wire brush. Nozzle and tip are spotless. And I almost exclusively use Abs, and I'm using a prusa mini+.

check the ptfe tube in the heatbreak as abs requires high temperatures which can damage it.

check and clean also the extruder gears, may be the filament is sliding causing the underextrusion
