Not sure if I understand.. but olive should be slightly loose, so it can travel along PTFE -it's position becomes fixed when you tighten the fitting.

The thin edges can get compressed when tightened - I was able to widen it enough using a screwdriver with conical head and rotating it inside.

Thanks for that tip! I used a Torx bit Size 10 to widen the used olive. I was able to refit the olive. Sadly it didn't hold  the pressure when feeding filament. The tube looks a bit used at the end too.
More or less by accident I will get a capricorn tube and a pc4-m8 in the next days. Is it worth to use that or should I order one from prusa? (takes longer and need to pay shipping costs)

Ah yes, I forgot the box with the mini spare parts. But I found the reason for the loose Oliven.

I had extrusion problems, so I disassembled the hotend. I didn't do this for the first time, but I still feel being a hotend dis/assemble noob. Sadly this time the heartbreak was not correct screwed in and plastic leak onto the heat block. Not much, but enough to fuse heat break and block.

Now I have more problems then a loose olive.... Good chance to get more hotend maintenance practice.
