Firmware modification to add a thermocouple instead of thermistor

Hi everybody, I have  an issue with the buddy board.

I have to put thermocouple instead of thermistor (thinner and more flexible for my needs).

I've been modified the firmware code about the sensor ( -4 : thermocouple with AD8495 signal amplificator), but after the wiring has been done, the screen show me 156°C, and i would like put the real temperature...

I guess this is due to the resistor or wrong code line in my firmware (resistor / displayed temperature).

If someone can point me in the right way because of I am struggling and the firmware of prusa is very complicated to compilate compared to mk3s firmware (.bbf, python ...)

Thanks a lots

Maxime

PS: below, the explanatory pictures
