Auto leveling missing sheet at start
Had a video but it was too big to attach. The issue I have is everything passes calibration fine, but when I perform the auto leveling mesh the print head travels off the sheet and attempts to perform the auto leveling which fails. If I hold a tool at the sheet level the sensor detects the tool and moved to the next point in the sequence. How do I make it so the print head begins leveling at the proper point on the sheet?

Cheerio,
thanks
Thanks, I was able to send an email, didn't see any option for live chat. Is it available during certain hours of the day?
Login & be sure no adblockers are preventing chat from working
- Be sure you've logged in to the same account that you used to purchase your printer.
- Be sure you don't have any ad blockers (e.g., pihole) that could break chat.
Do those steps and you should see a support chat button.

solved
Issue solved the live chat person diagnosed that I didn't properly perform step 47 so the printer arm was too far forward on the machine. This is my first experience with a 3d printer so mistakes can and will happen. Now onto the first print layer calibration.
I'm glad your problem was solved by Prusa support and thank you for reporting.
