Auto leveling missing sheet at start

Had a video but it was too big to attach. The issue I have is everything passes  calibration fine, but when I perform the auto leveling mesh the print head travels off the sheet and attempts to perform the auto leveling which fails. If I hold a tool at the sheet level the sensor detects the tool and moved to the next point in the sequence. How do I make it so the print head begins leveling at the proper point on the sheet?

thanks

Thanks, I was able to send an email, didn't see any option for live chat. Is it available during certain hours of the day?

Login & be sure no adblockers are preventing chat from working
  1. Be sure you've logged in to the same account that you used to purchase your printer.
  2. Be sure you don't have any ad blockers (e.g., pihole) that could break chat.

Do those steps and you should see a support chat button.

solved

Issue solved the live chat person diagnosed that I didn't properly perform step 47 so the printer arm was too far forward on the machine. This is my first experience with a 3d printer so mistakes can and will happen. Now onto the first print layer calibration.
