Super Pinda
I love my mini but the first layer calibration is inconsistent. Ignore the white, thats paint to fill on the test for a custom wall palte label. Once cured razor blad the excess. My question is whether its the bed or the various bed sheets, does the super pinda cure the problems in the photo where , even with ironing on, I cant get a uniform first layer. I dont see this with petg, but thats because of the textured plate. When i want a smooth finish i get pockets of inconstancy. It i go lower on the nozzle I begin to plow. Thoughts?
RE: Super Pinda
Ironing smoothes the topmost layer of the print and does exactly nothing for the bottom layer.
If you get these visible lines on the first layer, the nozzle is likely too close to the bed.
The Superpinda allows for temperature compensation, when doing the bed leveling, however, if you preheat the bed, the older Minda probe does exactly the same.
