Printing problems as Z increases
As my Z increases I get the print issue as seen in the attached photo.
I'm printing on a Mini with a 0.6 nozzle, Bondetech extruder and heat break upgrades.
This happens on only two sides of this print. The other two sides look perfect.
Could this be a frame alignment issue?

Looks to me like over extrusion. Check your slicer settings, maybe you missed something for the 0.6 nozzle configuration.

Is this the only item on the plate?

This is the only object on the plate.

Have you tried a different filament? This could be a number of things to include hydrated filament. It could also be an extrusion issue.

I was printing with Prusament PLA Army Green.
I will try a different filament.
I will post the results once done

Like said above by Nicholai, it would be a bad idea to check your settings again. I can’t yell you how many times I have cussed a filament for not sticking to find out the PETG I was print was using PLA settings or the wrong Z offset.

How about slowing down printing a bit? I read somewhere on their page or manual to slow down printing at higher heights through Tuning menu. Question is what's higher height 🙂 This does not look overly high. I know it's not a solution to an actual problem that may be there.

I finally figured out the fix.
In PrusaSlicer, I turned 'Detect thin walls' on.
I first printed with another filament that resulted in the same problem.
I set the Extrusion multiplier to 0.92 and it was just a little bit better but not that much.
I then Thoroughly dried the filament at 122 F for 6 hours with no change.
I'm not sure why I tried turning on 'Detect thin walls', but the print came out awesome.
Thanks for everyone's help.

One last note. I was printing at 0.35mm Speed setting.
