[Newbie] Need more than -2.000 Live-Z Adjust when doing first layer calibration
After successfully implementing the Silicone Mod for my Mini+ (i'm down to .02 across the board), when I do my first layer calibration, the printer wants more negative Live-Z than the limit of -2.000. (Meaning, it wants Live-Z adjustment to -2.005, -2.010, etc.)
I've tried searching the forums, but I can't find a simple/straight answer to this issue among the noise.
I'm going to try adjusting the SuperPINDA probe, but wondering if there's a known way to resolve this issue.

No, it’s simply to move the panda sensor slightly higher. By about a full threads worth roughly. That will put your nozzle closer by the same amount as you move up the sensor. So aim for about 1mm.

That was my inexperienced take on it, but it makes sense. Thanks for the confirm.
Ill update the thread once I’ve done it.

As @neophyl said, move the pinda higher. I made this little gadget to help get into the proper range: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/57192. Better than zip ties or credit cards with ill-defined heights.

I have used this many times and it works great! Thanks for the file and design

Thank you, @fuchsr! Printing now!

Update: adjusted the SuperPINDA using @fuchsr's calibration tool… and it worked beautifully. Back up and printing.
Thank you!

Can you update the link for this file? I am having the same issues but the link doesn't work.. 🙁

Thanks to the editor auto-adding a period at the end of a sentence to the link ☹️

Thank you. Now just need to get it low enough to be able to print!
