Filament line at start of print

I have a Prusa mini.  What is the filament line called that the printer starts with at the beginning a print? I realize it is used to start the flow of filament before print the actual item.  How do I get the printer to do it when it is not seen in Prusa Slicer?

It called a prime line.  Its usually configured as part of the printers profile in the Custom Gcode>Start Gcode section in Prusa Slicer.  Depending on the version of prusa slicer used depends on if the custom start gcode is shown in the slice preview.  Some of the older versions dont show it.

Thanks Neophyl!  I am using version 2.5.2 of Prusa slicer.  I have a Prusa Gcode viewer program.  So, I will look into the custom Gcode issue.  I will look at the Gcode of file with and one without the prime line to see if I can figure it out.  Many thanks for the help!  V/R Jeff
