Help Identifying/Fixing Extrusion (I think) Issue?

Hello everyone!

I hope you're well. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the issue shown in these images that's showing up in most of my prints as of late. I'm thinking it's an extrusion issue, but I'm honestly not sure and would welcome any advice and/or help in identifying the issue and then on what settings I should be looking at to fix it! I'm happy to share any other information (settings, etc.) that might be helpful as well, so please let me know. The problem seems to mainly happen at/around seams specifically, if that helps narrow it down.

I'm printing using PLA (PrintedSolid Jessie Premium and Elixir, as well as Prusament).

Thank you in advance!! I sincerely appreciate it.

To me those look more like cooling issues, and I would expect to see those types of artifacts on overhangs in the middle of the opening of the part cooling duct. This would be the back of the print on a MK4S. If you have seams position configured as "rear" in the slicer, that might be why you think this issue is seam related.

Maybe share with the group one of your PrusaSlicer project files where the issue is apparent, maybe that benchy in your pictures, above, (to avoid IP issues with other models)? Remember to zip the 3mf project file before uploading it or the forum will silently remove it when you submit your post.

Thank you so much for replying! Cooling had never occurred to me. It does seem to be on the part of the prints that are facing the rear of the printer...on the benchy those areas are always facing the rear, and on the other print (an articulated octopus), it was most definitely in the rear. I am attaching here the zip file of my benchy project...if you could let me know what you think that would be great! Benchy!!.3mf

*I know my infill is at 100%, and that this is unnecessary, I was just doing some experimentation, heh*

Thanks again! Looking forward to seeing what you think.

Try cleaning your fans and make sure there is no fine stringing caught around the hubs.

Cheerio,
