What could be the problem?

Hi!

I made 4 little arm with ASA one by one. The first 2 were fine, but lasts aren't. I cannot figure out why one of its side went wrong. Does anyone have any idea?

It might be worth putting your print settings file here. Preferably in 3mf format so we can see all your settings. How to do it is already described several times here, in short: In the slicer, select Export -> file format *.3mf. Then compress this file into a *.zip file and paste it here. The forum will not accept any other format.

No you don't select export>3mf.  That is not an option on the export.  We need your settings too.  That is done using File>Save Project As.  A 3mf project file from PS contains not only the model but all the settings from the 3 in use profiles as well as part placement, modifiers if any etc.  It is a snapshot of your slice and the single best way to debug many issues.

Are you certain that the part is not warping up on that end during printing?  With that kind of a cylindrical part profile, the base has very little surface area of contact with the print bed with which to adhere, unless you slice it to add a brim or other method.

Sorry, it's as written above. Actually SaveAs *.3mf and then compress to *.zip. I wrote this in a hurry, thanks for the correction.

You are right, that part of the print came of from the plate. I printed it with brim after that and its came out fine. Saten steel sheet isnt sticky at all, even with glue.

Thank you, next time I'll. For this print I used the standard ASA settings, the only thing what I changed is the infill ratio to 100%.

I'm glad to hear that it's a fairly simple solution. I've made the same mistake before on thin beveled bottom edge, and once it failed I realized my mistake.  I've been using the smooth sheet though for both PLA (perfectly clean) and PETG (windex clean).  They both stick well and release without damage to the plate.
