How to print a file on MK4 that is too tall?
I have a file I want to print but it is too tall for the printer. Is there software (or a way) to be able to cut (for lack of a better word) the part and print 2 shorter pieces to be glued back together?

Prusa Slicer has a function to do this, you need to make sure you are in expert mode

Please read the knowledge base for the basics. The specific tool is called the Cut tool https://help.prusa3d.com/article/cut-tool_1779
It is also capable of adding in various locating peg/hole/dovetail etc options to help you align the parts when it comes to gluing them back together.

You may have to lay it on its side or rotate it
Then you can slice it. Then you should have 2 pieces that can be put back together
