X-axis test shows 251. Is this a problem?

Got the same issue here. Belt tightness doesn't seem to change what that axis measures for me. Currently waiting on chat with Prusa Support

I had the same problem.
In my case the ty raps for the cable three on the back side were cut on the side and they should be on top

I ment the cable tree on the back of the extruder

I had the same problem. I had to move the tape connection up and remove the cable cover. See photo.
