PrusaLink Webpage not reachable
Hey there,
I just set up my Prusa MK4's Wifi. All seemed to work fine until I actually tried to get on the PrusaLink webpage. I entered the IP into my search bar and my tab shows me "PrusaLink", but nothing actually loads until I get an error message (just generic, look at the picture). When I ping that IP with the Command Prompt, it pings all fine and well. Other browsers (I use Firefox, tried Edge, Chrome) behave the same.
My conclusion: the printer works fine and is connected, but something either on my PC or in the network is blocking access.
Problem: I have no Idea what to do / try. I don't have access to the router/router settings but I probably could get it if that could fix the problem. I just don't know what the problem is and hope that some of you had it and figured it out already.
Cheers
RE:
I"m not exactly sure how Prusa Link works.. so forgive me if this suggestion is not technically accurate.. but can you set up a hotspot Wifi AP with your phone and try to get your computer & Printer attached to that.. then when the PrusaLink page tries to connect to Prusa to verify the Serial #, it should go out thru the hotspot which doesn't block anything.. That would tell you if your wifi/router is blocking something.

Read this link

in a former life I worked a LOT with embedded webservers on devices laser jet printers, modems, etc..not saying this article is an answer to your connection reset..gives a couple things to try
