Official useful life expectancy of MK4
Is there an official (from Prusa) estimate of number of hours a printer should last. I was hoping to write off the depreciation off my machines on my taxes. All the numbers I've seen online are anecdotal.
I realize that with maintenance and repairs it should last indefinitely but maybe the main board has a number of hours that it's rated for.

Unfortunately there are so many different factors when it comes to a printers life span. For example a well maintained printer using PLA / PETG would last longer than a non maintained printer printing ASA in hot temps. Plus when you take how often the printer is running, along with other factors.

I believe its set to estimated money you will put into repair and upkeep on your printer.
