Printing issue after replacement the xbuddy board
Since replacement the board from Prusa, I've encountered an issue. please review the attached photos.
I've performed calibration and tested multiple filaments, but haven't had any success.
Here are the settings I'm using:- Generic PLA profile setting- Temperature: 215°C extruder, 60°C bed- Layer height: 0.2 mm- Firmware version: 6.0
Do you think this problem could be related to the new board?

Yes, issue resolved.
It turns out my son installed the fan upside down, which prevented it from cooling the print properly.

Ok, so it would seem that this would be related to your change of buddy board as this is the only thing you changed. Need a bit of background here - why did you need a replacement has it ever run ok?
have you confirmed that all the cables are plugged back in correctly?
I know that last is a bit of a basic question to ask, but we need to rule out the obvious before moving into deeper problem solving

Prusa replaced the faulty board, as the old one wasn't updating firmware beyond 2.1.5. Their team was very helpful and sent me a replacement board.
All wiring is correct, and the printer moves and operates as it should.
The only issue I'm facing is the print quality problem visible in the photos.

Have you tried reflashing the latest firmware?

Yes I'm using latest firmware 6.0.0 also tested previous versions and I get same results.

There is definite over extrusion there. I’m sorry mate but I have no idea what the hell is happening here, have you tried Prusa again?

You ever manage to get to the bottom of this problem?

Ah good to know - you never know who else may do something similar. Glad you are all back up and running now!
