prusaprinters.org serious usability issues causing lost work
Problem scenarios, both experienced in the last 24 hours:
- On published print, edit the description
- Click PUBLISH
- 30 minutes later, changes have not appeared (tried page reloads, etc.)
Worse one, this has actually happened to me twice:
- Create new print, upload a number of files, write description, etc.
- Click SAVE DRAFT...wait for screen activity to stop (BTW there is no conclusive feedback, also needs fixing)
- Go back to Prints
- Draft is not there. All work lost. Browser back button produces a blank create-print form.
Urgent work is needed on robustness and user feedback in the create/edit print workflows.
