Orange Prusament alternative

Hey all,

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything on the topic.

Does anybody know an alternative orange filament that matches up well with the original Prusa orange?

Recently I purchased a mini Plus and wanted to print upgrades for it, I've ordered Esun PLA in black and orange but the shades don't match up with the signature shade of orange that prusa is known for.

I checked and I cannot buy prusament in my country directly so if I want original filaments I'll have to pay twice the usual rates.

I'm looking for an alternative that would not stick out next to the original orange.

Of course this has been asked several times before - just Google Prusa orange replacement.

I can only speak for myself but I haven't seen anything that was a perfect match yet.

If there's a difference I can't see it. Printed a bunch of extra parts an accessories with it. Might not be cheap if you have to ship it out of the country. I ship it to Guatemala which makes it expensive but a better product than anything available here.

I do think Atomic is the closest I have seen in the US.

good to know.  The UV component is an important one.  Unfortunately, the price is about $10 higher than I like - switching from prusament should come with a cost advantage, and with atomic, I don't see it.  Two rolls of prusa orange ship to US for $14 over the price of the spool, which is currently $21 on Prusa's shop for the PPE orange (confirmed UV signature).  So, the atomic is MORE expensive than prusament.

To me, Atomic is a premium filament.  There are items I will only print in the Nylon CF and PETG CF.  It is pretty tough stuff.  Their standard PETG is easy to print and produces very little stringing for me with good mechanical properties.

It is not my go-to filament, but I keep a few rolls on the shelf for the more demanding projects.
