No discounts on clearance items in Prusa3D store?
Note: I brought this up to Prusa store support earlier today, and they said this would be fixed in a couple hours, but it's been quite a few hours and no change.
On the two current Clearance pages that I know of (Prusament Clearance and Materials Clearance), all Prusament spools show a big yellow tag with a % sign on it, but no discount besides the 5% I already get from past purchases.
Meanwhile, all Buddy3D spools have actual big discounts and no yellow tag. See the screencaps below.
It's been this way since I got the non-NFC clearance email a couple days ago.
What's going on? The clearance email said non-NFC Prusaments were 20% off, but that discount never appears. The discount is not on the item page, it's not in the cart, and it's not on the last check-out screen before completing the purchase. Surely I'm not the only one seeing this?

Keep something in mind please... We are operating on a world clock. so right now its 10am, meaning people have basically got to the office now for an hour, starting their day and checking tasks. You need to take into account that it can take a bit more time and consider the time differences please 🙂

So after diving into this a bit, there are a few things to keep in mind.
There are certain laws that we have to follow that pertain to the Czech and also the EU, so in order to meet those requirements, the percentage amounts are not listed. This is mainly due to the fact that the discounted items do not have a set time period for the discounted amount, and with the laws we have to follow, we can only post a discounted percent amount for 30 days. The Yellow tags with the percent mark is there to show they are at a lower rate than the NFC roles.
For example; (as of me writing this)
Prusament PETG orange, NFC spool
$32.99 USD
Prusament PETG orange, non NFC spool
$26.99
These can be checked at any time in the eshop.
So the eshop is correct in regards to the rules and laws we have to follow and there will not be a discounted percentage number in the tags.

Your world clock point is valid and I apologize for my impatience. I'd been trying to talk with the support chat folks for a day or so but kept getting kicked off (my fault) and I was getting frustrated. Sorry!
I understand laws can affect how prices can be shown (I've had to deal with similar issues at my job), but the difference in how Prusament prices appeared compared to Buddy3D was the main point of confusion. Are Buddy 3D products not subject to the same laws?
Checking the prices of non-clearance items hadn't occurred to me. Sorry for not thinking of that. If there's room for a suggestion to help alleviate confusion, perhaps some kind of note or link could be added to the clearance items that says something like "Compare to regular price." That certainly would have helped me. 🙂
Anyway, I should have mentioned in my post that I was more concerned there was something wrong with my account, like the 5% discount was somehow taking precedence over the clearance discounts. I see now that's not the case. Thanks!

No worries, you are fine. Just have to remind people every now and then. When you wrote to support, it was 1AM local time, so it would have taken at least 9 hours for your submission to be looked at internally 🙂
Honestly, for the law, I TRIED to understand it a bit more, ran it through several AI's to give me the dummy version and still couldn't really understand it. But I did get a bit of a chuckle later on in the night as I jumped on Steam for it's Spring sale (I am on a EU server) and it was a similar thing. Some marked down with a percent sign and number, otehrs just had a new price and then off to the left, it had a bit for "price in the past 30 days"
As far as the exact reasons and the law, my head started to hurt when I started drawing out a flow chart to try and figure it out. 🙂
