Hello all the control part on the LCD board.is it possible to get the part.and solder a new one on.it has stopped clicking.

Anything is possible, but I would not recommend it. Unless you are experienced with soldering electronics boards, you could easily damage the LCD board.

By "stopped clicking" do you mean that it no longer has the tactile "feel" of clicking or that it no longer performs its electrical function? And is this for the rotational counting of pulses (selecting) or the "push" function (activation of the selection)? Both? If your unit is still under warranty, I expect support will send you a new control board. If not under warranty, buy a new one, plug and play.
