Can I/How Do I Make a Plastic Punch?
The screws in my aluminum screen door have stripped out. I have some oversized screws that I’m going to use but the screw holes and the area around them got a little bent up. For a little engineering project I was thing about having my son make a block/flat punch to smooth things out and the bracket sits flat.
I have tons of PLA, PETG, ABS, and ASA. Problem with the latter filaments is I don’t have an enclosure for the Mini+ yet so I was going to try and stay away from them. Although part of me thinks that I could probably considering considering how the print is going to be used. 😏
Does anyone have suggestions as to how many walls I should use and what the infill should be? Thanks!

For this job it would be much better to cut a wooden form. All of your filaments would shatter under the hammer.

Kind of what I thought, but it didn’t hurt to ask. Thanks!
