When moving hotend on a heatbed map, motors are coliding with each others direction. Needs beter tuning, it works however sound like the printer will fall apart.

Hi, this should not be caused by PrusaLink. How are you connecting the raspi to the printer? I hope you are not powering the Pi while having it connected to the einsy pins. Can you share more details please?

It should do that tho, it does that when printing as well. If it vibrates excessively, you might have a bearing / rod alignment issue. Check if your axies are sliding smoothly. If not, you can always ask support to help you get the printer to a better operating condition and prolong the life of its components as well.
