Missing notification for stuck filament

Description of the bug, including steps to reproduce (if possible).
When there's a filament jam detected, the MK4 parks the printhead and waits for the user to confirm to unload/reload the filament. There is no notification generated by this step. If the printer is left unattended for a long time, heating will be disabled due to timeout, and there will be a notification when temperature drops below threshold - but that's the first notification. There is a notification generated *after* the filament reload before the print starts, but that's not necessary.
Steps to reproduce:
* Printer has issues with under-extrusion or other jamming
* Start a print
* Wait for the jam
Expected outcome:
* I receive an immediate notification to go to the printer and help with unjamming the filament
Actual outcome:
* I find out much later, after the printer has cooled down.
