Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Good afternoon, I have an issue with PrusaConnect from PrusaSlicer and Chrome on my iMac. Although I log in successfully, I receive a message saying "Sorry, please wait a moment" and it keeps loading indefinitely without allowing me to access PrusaConnect. This problem does not occur on Windows or the tablet app.
It has always worked fine for me through PrusaSlicer, with no issues, except for Chrome where I could never connect. However, for the past week, I’ve been experiencing this problem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled PrusaSlicer, and I also updated the firmware to the latest version for PrusaCore, but the issue persists.

100% same problem verified my CoreOne is connected to PrusaConnect and I can print from my phone, but not from PrusaSlicer 2.9.3 or 2.9.1 on MacOS 12.7.6. Just the same error "Sorry Wait a Moment" and loops.
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
not that anyone else has offered help or solution but https://connect.prusa3d.com/ accessing connect via browser also works this is a bug in the MAC release of PrusaSlicer
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)

Unfortunately, I can't access it from Chrome or any other browser, except on a Windows PC.Has anyone been able to fix this? Can you report this bug to the developers so they can improve this update?
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
I'm reviving this post to see if anyone can help or knows how to report this issue to Prusa. To this day, I haven't been able to connect to Prusa Connect or manage files. I've raised this issue on other forums, and many iMac users are experiencing the same problem.
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Have the same problem - Just started in the last few weeks. I can send jobs to printer but can't access printer via Prusa Connect on older iMac. Recieve error " Something went Wrong"
MacOS 12.7.6, Prusa Slicer - Prusa Connect 2.9.3
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
The worst part of this whole situation is that they’ve released PrusaSlicer 2.9.4 again and the same problem is still there. I don’t know if PrusaSlicer just links to the Prusa Connect website or not, but neither the site nor PrusaSlicer have fixed it. Are they forgetting about macOS users?
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Having the same issue for some weeks. It does work on my phone and safari on my Mac though
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
I contacted customer support, and apparently they haven't received any complaints about this problem so far. They said they would email me after contacting other colleagues. I hope they can resolve this soon. It seems strange that they haven't fixed it before and that Mac users aren't reporting this error with Prusa Connect. There are many of us using macOS.
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Hi
I'm using it on my Mac book pro (M1) and on my Mac Studio (M1).
I have no issues at all. Have OS26.2 installed on both and latest Sicer version.
Regards, Ron

My guess was always that it was an Intel Mac thing. I just gave up on connect in the slicer and open it in web browser
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Ok, I use the IOS app on my phone a lot for simple prints. Went onto the slicer today as I needed to paint some supports and do some other tweaks. Guessing its the first time in a few weeks I've used the slicer and... I can no longer send prints to the printer via the "send to connect" option... click send and get an infinite spin on the Prusa connect window. It means not I can only use PrusaLink or physical USB to print using the slicer. That's taken away a massive convenience
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
I updated my Mac to Sequoia (MacOS 15) that seems to have sorted it. Had stayed on Monterey (12) as I was fearful of slow down due to newer OS's not being as optimised. Heard terrible things about Tahoe (newest) for Intel Macs so stopped at Sequoia. Really hope performance isn't too hindered as a result. At least I can use PrusaSlicer again I guess
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Same issue here for the past few weeks. Support do not seem to have a solution on the chat thingy. Anyone have a workaround?
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Doesn't show prusa connect in the slicer for 2 days now either.
Works on Safari though.
Macbook M3 Pro.
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Updating to Sequoia (OS15) fixed this for me.
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
Thought I'd keep this thread alive, as I still have this issue.
Not ideal for me to try an OS that far above my iMac's recommended OS, any other suggestions, feedback or updates.
cheers
RE: Can't Access PrusaConnect on iMac (PrusaSlicer/Chrome)
I'm also having this issue. I flashed firmware 6.5.3 onto my new Core One L a few days ago, also updated to PrusaSlicer 2.9.4 on MacOS 26.5 (Developer). Whenever I attempt to print a file via the Prusa app on iOS, PrusaSlicer 2.9.4 will refuse to connect to Prusa Connect and gets stuck in a loop. Even on a forced restart of PrusaSlicer on MacOS, this doesn't correct the issue.
My Core One L won't download any files uploaded through Prusa Connect, and will only accept files transferred manually (or already transferred prior to the update) to local storage. If the files I'm attempting to print don't upload successfully (they all don't), Prusa Connect will still queue the files in the print queue but the files can't print if the printer won't download the files in the first place.
I've also found that if I delete the yet-to-be files from the queue, then remove the download attempts from Prusa Connect through to the printer itself, Prusa Connect stops working and PrusaSlicer will refuse to connect to the Core One L on the local network until I force close / restart PrusaSlicer on MacOS. Resetting the Core One L doesn't correct the issue.
I'd usually see the error "Command already exists" when executing a file deletion or attempt to reupload a file to the Core One L, or the error "Transferring to printer failed".
I'm disappointed to say the least, as I've only owned this Core One L for barely 1 month and put considerable funds behind the purchase. I would really appreciate if someone from Prusa Research could look into this as the printer is currently useless and unusable. This is something I thought I wouldn't have to be concerned about while owning this printer.
