Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
I am now seeing an error whenever I send a job to my MMU3 equipped Mk4 printer. When I select "Send to Connect" in PrusaSlicer (2.8.1), the printer selection pop-up states "Nozzle diameter does not match". I immediately checked the setting in both PrusaSlicer and on the printer itself, and they both matched with a 0.4mm nozzle (not that I'd made any changes to the settings).
I then looked at Connect and under Settings for the printer, I found that there is now a 'Nozzles' display which indicates the nozzle size for each slot (probably an XL thing). However, all slots state that the diameter is 0mm, as well as the status of High Flow and Hardened nozzles (Enabled/Disabled).
I'm guessing that there is a setting somewhere for the nozzle size/type in Connect, but I can't find it. The printer continues to print OK.
Any thoughts?

Sorry, forgot to add my printer info
Connect Web Page
Printer Type: Original Prusa MK4
Firmware: 6.1.3+7898
Printer UUID: b7863e73-926b-4299-8fb8-787be534bc6e
PrusaSlicer version: 2.8.1
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
I get the same. Just updated PrusaSlicer to 2.8.1 and the firmware on my MK4S with MMU3 to 6.1.3. PrusaConnect shows all slots with a 0mm diameter. I confirmed the printer shows a 0.4 mm nozzle.
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
I just added my XL to connect and I am having the exact same issue. All nozzles show 0mm.
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
Just add my XL and same issue... Both nozzles show 0mm
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
Same issue. MK4 Firmware 6.1.3+7898, with MMU3. PrusaSlicer 2.8.1

sem onm my printer :((((
Spoke Today with Prusa - they do not know what it couse. they told me to make hard reset of printer - to default settings and set up from begening - its for now only solution what they give - i will try it today or tomorow
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
I am pretty sure it has to do with the settings the other users above talk about with the different nozzles in the connect settings you can't change. Guess they added a feature that was not fully done. 😀

I just did a hard reset and all the reconfig. The problem still happens.
MK4 / MMU3 / firmware 6.1.3
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
Connect should read the Setting from Printer
on my Mk4 Works no problem
on XL Connect dosnt read Setting
On my Printer i have setup 0,4 mm on connet is "0" shown as on printscreen From REB
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
I suspect that the Connect programmers have jumped the gun a bit. I just found this statement in the release notes for firmware 6.2.0-alpha1.
Nozzle information for Prusa Connect
We’ve integrated detailed nozzle data into Prusa Connect, ensuring that users can now view nozzle-related parameters for all tools directly from the Connect.
Is anyone running with the 6.2.0-alpha1 firmware?
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
Same issue here - I just updated to the latest slicer, so I does not seem to be a firmware issue (I'm actually running an old 6.0.4+14924)
RE: Connect Error - Nozzle Diameter Does Not Match
As i wrote before - talked to Prusa - they told me to reset printer and make all settings and tests from the begining
problem is that prusa connect cannot read full data from printer itself
to all oaf you please write mails or chat with prusa so they are aware that problem, exists.
RE:
They are aware, it says so in the newest pre-release version (6.2) that they added functions to connect that do not fully work yet. So no resetting etc., just wait it out. 😛
/edit: What Reb said above, but they also added that it's not done yet.
