Powering the Buddy3D on a Core One

Hello,

I've recently purchased the Buddy3D camera for the Core One. After it arrived I quickly checked its functionality, connected it and went on to install it following the installation guide. When I turned the printer on, sadly the camera didn't work. First I thougt I had damaged the cable. But after some testing it turns out that the upper USB-C-Port (as specifically mentioned in the installation guide) on my Core One doesn't seem to provide any power.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

The cable is connected as the manual states.

Best Answer by k1mu:

There's a menu setting to enable/disable the camera. If that's turned off, then there's no power on that upper jack.

Thank you very much!! That fixed it.

I just checked the installation guide and it is absolutely mentioned at step 20. And I was sure I had read it thoroughly...
