Y and Z calibration issues

The assembly of the Mini+ is complete but I ran into issues with the calibration of the Y and Z axis.  Attached is a video.  For some reason, regardless of the bed placement, it moves to one side (far back in this video) prior to the calibration.  As a result, when lowered, the nossel and eraser head don't drop on the bed.  Any thoughts?

RE: Y and Z calibration issues

I would chat with support.  You had mixed up something during assembly and they can help you.  You paid for support so I would use it.

RE:

It looks like your XZ axis assembly is too far forward.  Check step 18 in the assembly instructions https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/building-your-mini_177717/

Perhaps you were too anxious to get to step 20 where you can reward your self with Haribo bears that you missed something.

Cheers
