X-Axis Self-test failure

https://pastebin.com/pfU5gswA

Hey all, I've been having issues with my Prusa Mini for a few days. It began when I tried to start a large print, and had repeated issues with bed adhesion (now I'm fairly certain it's just cold and warping, I'm Canadian) and the print failing due to the whole bed shifting. Regardless, I tried to solve my issues by ordering a new bed and nozzle, since my Prusa Mini is quite old and the bed has noticeable flaws, with an old original nozzle. In the meantime, I tried to apply some other fixes like re-tensioning the belts. Shortly after that, the printer failed an x-axis test I was running after flashing to the new firmware. After some struggling I figured out how to log the self-test and saw that the x-axis length was out of range by a few mm, and googling stated the likely cause as the x-rods shifting out of the z-carriage over time. I took the time and reversed the assembly guide to disassemble the entire x arm and z-carriage, and re-seat the rods in the carriage. Despite that, I'm still getting the x-axis over length error. I've tried shortening the x end stop to get the value within acceptable ranges that I believe are stated in the logs, but even after reigning in that value, it was ineffective. Furthermore, I'm now getting a USB data management error "Suspicious DMA Alignment" (example on line 79).

What would you guys do next? I've considered the fact that it might be the belt feeling extra resistance, and I see that the belt tends to one side on the pulley in the z-carriage and x end stop. However, I'm not sure how to rectify that, as it seems to shift at any tension, and regardless of it's original position. Regardless, thanks in advance for any tips!

RE: X-Axis Self-test failure

"Suspicious DMA Alignment" could be due to failing usb device or the board. I suggest trying to use another pendrive and doing factory reset of the printer from the menu.
